Announcing the SupporTrends Zendesk Integration

SupporTrends is excited to announce its new Zendesk integration, which pairs our adaptable natural language technology with the Zendesk support tickets your business already works with!  Currently live with select customers, the SupporTrends Zendesk integration will be available publicly next month in the Zendesk Marketplace.

We love Zendesk - in fact, we use it internally.  However, while manually tagging each ticket can provide some amount of detail, support agents have only so much bandwidth.  Our natural language engine augments the information that you already gather by processing every bit of what your customers tell you in their own words, automatically.
